Rope is a sport which uses a rope suspended vertically where movements demonstrating agility, flexibility and strength are performed. that characterizes it most, are the dynamic movements.
The dynamic technique on the rope is based on movements such as swings, pirouettes, transitions and rotations in the air.
In this type of class the student will learn the correct body posture for balancing, hanging and other movements of a dynamic nature, as well as learning how to perform figures, falls and descents specific to flat rope.
Classes are open to all levels.
