The ability to do a handstand, and/or to move in this position, is one of the most beautiful demonstrations of strength and coordination, hence the popularity it has been gaining. Nowadays, the pinning technique and inverted positions are present in the most diverse modalities such as yoga, dance, among others.
In this class we do physical preparation, focused on strengthening the muscles for balances (back, abdominal, pectoral, shoulders and arms) and we work on progressions and technical variants for each one of the different balances. It is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners, interested in improving their technique. Wherever you are, we will help you to conquer your goals.
