Aerial Teens (13-17 years old)

Especially aimed at 13 to 17 year old, here you will enter the world of aerial techniques: Vertical Fabric, Trapeze, Lyra and Rope, as well as ground acrobatics. The practice of this discipline brings benefits not only at a physical level, but also at a psychological and social level:

  • It develops motor coordination, muscular strength and flexibility;
  • It increases self-esteem, self-confidence and autonomy;
  • Develops interpersonal relationships, interaction, promoting team spirit and the sharing of ideas/feelings

Open level: class in which you can participate whatever your level.

Jaya Kids (6-14 years old)

If there’s anyone who loves acrobatics, it’s children. And JAYA Kids classes have been designed especially for them. Here we receive children aged between 6 and 14 with their arms in the air to introduce them to aerial acrobatics (Vertical Fabrics, Trapeze, Lyra and Rope), as well as to ground acrobatics.
The practice of this discipline brings benefits not only at a physical level, but also at a psychological and social level in children:

  • It develops motor coordination, muscular strength and flexibility;
  • It increases self-esteem, self-confidence and autonomy;
  • Develops the creation of interpersonal relationships, interaction, promoting team spirit and the sharing of ideas/feelings, making children “richer” and happier.

Open level: class in which you can participate whatever your level.
